In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and positive environment for children of various ages, from infants to preschoolers. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster growth, learning, and happiness in every child you care for. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in young lives while developing your skills in early childhood education and caregiving. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being at all times Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized care Maintain a clean and organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress and any concerns Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques to foster respectful interactions Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Ability to perform first aid and CPR; certifications highly preferred Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs Strong classroom management skills to create a nurturing learning environment Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and children Compassionate caregiving attitude with patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working with young children Join us in shaping bright futures by providing exceptional care that encourages growth, curiosity, and joy!
