REQUIRED

to carry Professional Liability Insurance. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate hip hop dance curricula that emphasize rhythm, coordination, and self-expression Lead energetic dance classes for children of various ages, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment Manage classroom behavior effectively to promote focus, respect, and positive social interactions Collaborate with parents and guardians to provide feedback on student development and class participation Skills Proven experience in teaching dance, especially hip hop, to children or early childhood education settings Strong classroom management skills with the ability to motivate and engage young learners Knowledge of curriculum development tailored for preschool or elementary-aged students Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for working with children with diverse needs including special education Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively with students, parents, and team members Join us in creating an inspiring environment where children can explore their love of dance while developing essential skills!
