• Concord (Kannapolis), NC Pediatric Advanced Therapy (PAT, A Division of Joybridge Kids) is seeking a Children's Mental Health Therapist
• LCSW, or LCMHC to work full-time at our Concord (Kannapolis), NC clinic .

Fully licensed LCSW or LCMHC is preferred but associate level clinicians are also considered with 1+ year(s) of experience. This full time position will have a schedule of approximately 10-6pm in order to meet the needs of our pediatric school age population. We are also accepting applications for contract, part-time therapists as well. PAT is a multi-disciplinary pediatric clinic offering occupational, physical and speech therapies, counseling and ABA. We are the largest pediatric clinic in the Carolinas and have a tight-knit and supportive team that works collaboratively in treatment. Professional development is available and encouraged. While our primary clientele includes children with special needs, our practice provides counseling for all pediatric diagnoses. Children's Mental Health Therapist

• Job Requirements Use the DSM to evaluate clients Create a plan of treatment using goals and objectives to address the patient's diagnosis Provide child, family and parent therapy sessions to support treatment goals Provide group counseling sessions (1) of the following: Master's degree in social work (LCSW) or Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling (LCMHC) Ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule to see patients in afternoon/early evening for after-school hours Children's Mental Health Therapist•LCSW or LMCHC•Experience At least one year of pediatric counseling/therapy experience Facilitation of group pediatric therapy Familiarity in working with all or some of the following diagnoses: Autism, eating disorders, mental illness (aggressive behavior, outbursts, defiance), RAD, suicidal thoughts/ideation Preferably already paneled with insurance companies
