Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. This position offers excellent opportunities for growth, hands-on experience, and continued training within the industry.

Appliance Upgrades Ventilation & Ducting Responsibilities:

Install wood-burning, gas, and pellet stoves, inserts, and fireplaces in residential and commercial settings Assist with venting, piping, and finishing work while ensuring all installations meet safety and building code requirements Take job site measurements and prepare installation areas as needed Work with masonry materials, metal pipe, roofing components, and related construction materials Educate customers on the proper use and maintenance of their fireplace or stove Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle, tools, and equipment Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship and attention to safety Respond to service calls and job requests in a timely manner Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Experience with masonry, siding, roofing, chimney work, or general construction preferred Comfortable working on roofs and at heights Hardworking, reliable, and able to work independently Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
