Chinese Teacher in Chinese Immersion Summer Camp

part-time This job is for New Jersey Residents ONLY, Thanks！ Koo Chinese Academy ( KooChinese.com ) has openings for Chinese Language Teachers to teach in our Total Immersion Chinese Summer Camp in our center in Basking Ridge, New Jersey. These are ready-to-hire jobs with the opportunity to convert to long-term full time or part-time employment. We are a learning Center specialized in teaching the Chinese language and cultures to K-8 students. We offer competitive salaries and bonuses and sponsor OPT and H1B for our employees.

Dates and Times:

June 22 to July 31, 2026, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am•5:30 pm. Applicants can choose the weeks to work and can choose full day, morning half day or afternoon half day shifts.

Work Shifts:

1.

Full Day:

8:30 am•5:30 pm (lunch break 12:30 pm•1:30 pm) 2.

Morning Half Day:

8:30 am•12:30 pm 3.

Afternoon Half Day:

1:30 pm•5:30 pm

Role and Responsibilities:

Teach theme based lessons, organize activities, games for grade K•6 campers in an Chinese immersion environment. Organize and watch for campers during their lunch time and recess time. Work with a team of teachers to design and develop curriculum and lesson plans for the theme based Chinese Language and cultures classes and activities.

Qualifications :

Self-motivated, have the ability to multi-task. Fluent and Expert Level in Mandarin Chinese Bachelor's degree or above Great team player and a faster learner with positive energy and enthusiasm in teaching. Loving, caring, and enjoy being with children Experienced in teaching in Chinese Immersion Camp is a big plus. New Jersey resident only!
