Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with patients, supporting the doctor during visits, and assisting with a variety of therapy modalities. You'll play a key role in helping patients feel welcome, supported, and cared for throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare treatment areas/rooms and help manage patient flow Assist the chiropractor with clinical documentation and electronic patient notes Conduct patient health intakes and screenings with professionalism and care Monitor and document patient response to treatments Educate patients on the purpose and process of various therapies, explain chiropractic care plans, and answer their questions Administer therapies including WellWave, red light laser therapy, and PEMF (training provided if needed) Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy equipment and treatment areas Support the front desk team as needed with scheduling, intake, or patient check-out Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

Qualifications:

Medical, x-ray tech, or nursing skills and experience preferred Knowledge of anatomy is preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Confident and comfortable interacting with patients Comfort with technology and EHR systems Interest in healthcare, wellness, or chiropractic care Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment Positive, team-oriented attitude Experience with therapy modalities (shockwave, laser, PEMF) is a plus, but not required—training will be provided A genuine interest in patient care and wellness Compensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
