• Part-time In the role of an esthetician with us, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, assessing their needs, making suggestions, explaining services, and performing skin care services.

An important function in this role is maintaining knowledge of all our services and products in order to promote and sell them. Success in this role will be displayed by ensuring client retention while meeting income goals. Position Responsibilities and Duties Understand and uphold Margot core values Greet guests with professional enthusiasm Comply with our strict cleanliness and sanitization guidelines Proficient in facial massage and skin extraction techniques Advise and promote other spa services and home care products Provide wellness and beauty solutions to meet the needs of our guests Position Requirements Michigan Esthetics license Minimum 3 years of industry experience Excellent communication skills Knowledge of the different products and services offered Proficient with basic esthetic machines and devices Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time Ability to maintain customer confidentiality Effective and efficient time management skills Medical Esthetician experience preferred Friday and Saturday shifts are needed immediately with possibility of more shifts
