Our growing Haines City clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. This is a temp 10 week assignment with the possibility of permanent The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and dependable, with a genuine passion for providing excellent patient care. If you are a strong multitasker with exceptional communication and time-management skills, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. Prepare and organize charts in advance for New Patient appointments. Accurately input and update patient information in Platinum. Assist patients and demonstrate simple exercises as instructed. Answer all incoming phone calls and monitor voicemails each day, ensuring timely responses. Maintain and execute a structured call-back list to ensure prompt patient follow-ups. Verify patient insurance coverage and secure VA approvals. Develop and implement comprehensive care plans while ensuring accurate billing procedures. Manage billing correspondence, including handling legal record requests. Maintain optimal inventory levels by ordering and tracking office supplies. Oversee financial transactions and enter payments into patient's ledgers accurately. What We're Looking For A passion for helping people and promoting wellness. Strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive mindset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Quick learner with the ability to retain information and work independently. Previous experience in chiropractic, wellness, or alternative medicine is a plus but not required. Previous experience using an EHR system is a plus Spanish speaking is required !
