Position Overview:

The Chiropractic Assistant plays a vital role in both patient care and front desk/clinical support. This position helps manage patient flow, supports the chiropractor during clinical operations, and ensures an exceptional patient experience while also ensuring all back of office duties are completed throughout the day including collecting payments over the counter, verifying/billing insurance, following up with PI attorneys for payments. Being active, having a natural bright smile and being genuinely warm and inviting when patients walk in the door or call to schedule a new patient appointment is paramount for this position!

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist patients in a professional healthcare office setting Provide excellent patient care and customer service Support the chiropractor with clinical and patient flow operations Assist with front desk duties including scheduling and patient communication Maintain a clean, organized, and positive medical office environment Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients Follow office procedures and protect patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

Experience as a Chiropractic Assistant, Medical Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced medical or healthcare office Dependable, coachable, and detail-oriented and extremely organized. Ability to multitask while maintaining excellent patient care Passion for helping others and serving patients
