This position is to provide excellent customer service and assist with patient care in these 5 areas. Are you a people person? In this position, you are essential to the operations of our clinic.

Your priority is to handle the logistics of patient interaction and care. Achieve Wellness 410 30th Ave E #103Alexandria, MN 56308 Responsibilities ( include but not limited to ): Greet patients and check patient in for their appointments Manage a multi-doctor schedule Keep patients on track with care Engage patients in upcoming clinic events Collect patient payments Answer the phone Assist with patient care by explaining in-office rehab and teach at-home rehab Update patient healthcare files in our practice management software Schedule patient appointments Advocate for the patient's health Coordinate, track, and report key metrics related to billing efficiency Answer questions about products and services Learn and implement our patient process systems Assist with weekend events as necessary Be able to create and manage social media content and accounts Travel to corporate training events, minimal travel required, approximately three (3) events annually Other duties as assigned

Behavioral Attributes:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform tasks without supervision Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast paced environment Ability to jump from "high profile" projects to "digging a trench" type projects without missing a beat and maintaining enthusiasm
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience Experience in healthcare, chiropractic, wellness, or alternative medicine, preferred but not required Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. Strong knowledge of Google Workspace programs
  • Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, etc.
Experience with billing and practice management software, preferred but not required Customer service experience and good phone etiquette are required Good with technology Punctual and reliable A genuine interest in health Previous knowledge of chiropractic care is a plus, but it's not required

This position is full-time and works different hours each day. Here's how a typical week looks:
