Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk

We are an upper cervical chiropractic office looking for an outgoing person who is eager to help people in a rewarding position! If you are someone who loves to interact with people, help others, and work in a happy office environment then this may be the job for you. We need someone who is friendly, outgoing, patient, organized, and customer service-oriented. Customer service work experience is required. You will be thoroughly trained on all tasks and systems needed for job proficiency. Tasks will include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls and emails
• Efficiently schedule patient appointments
• Process patient paperwork and input into EHR
• Cheerfully communicate with patients and other doctor's offices
• Help manage front desk operations and patient flow
• Proficiency in using technology and Microsoft Office Suite
• Quickly memorize scripts to use for communication
• Filing and faxing paperwork
• Attend occasional marketing events on a weekend day (with advanced notice)
• Keep office and medical equipment tidy and clean

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma Experience in customer service (minimum 1 year) Organizational skills Experience answering phones Valid Driver's License Access to own reliable method of transportation Friendly, outgoing, people-oriented personality Self-motivated and a quick learner Able and willing to work long days (with the benefit of a longer weekend) Able and willing to work local team marketing events on an occasional weekend day with advanced notice A kind heart for serving others A desire and excitement to learn more about upper cervical chiropractic If this describes you, please apply for the position and complete the Indeed assessments in order to be considered.
