Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist

Duties:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival at the chiropractic office
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
• Assist with patient intake by collecting and updating medical history information
• Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits, ensuring cleanliness and organization
• Assist the chiropractor during patient examinations and treatments as needed
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing patient records
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their questions and concerns

Skills:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks
• Basic computer skills

Note:

Prior experience as a Chiropractic Assistant is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for candidates who demonstrate the necessary skills and aptitude for the role.

$16.00
