Job Description

Schedule:
34-37 hrs/week | Half-day Wednesdays & Fridays |

Within 2-3 weeks About Us Indian Trail Chiropractic & Rehab isn't your typical chiro office. We're a results-driven rehab clinic helping athletes, weekend warriors, and everyday people in the Matthews/Indian Trail community move better, recover faster, and live healthier. We measure success by patient outcomes — not by how many bodies we move through the door. We run the clinic with the heart of a small-town practice and the standards of a pro sports facility. If you've ever wanted to work somewhere that takes patient care seriously, invests in its people, and actually has a career path — keep reading. The Role You won't be stuck behind a desk. You'll be on the floor every day — coaching patients through rehab exercises our doctors prescribe, running our therapy modalities (shockwave, Erchonia laser, e-stim, intersegmental traction, therapeutic exercise), and progressing into taking patient histories and digital x-rays once you're trained up. You'll also be cross-trained on the front desk, because every person on our team owns the patient experience from check-in to check-out. This is a high-touch, high-impact role. You'll be on a first-name basis with our patients. You'll know their goals, their kids' names, their last PR. You directly influence whether patients finish their care plans, leave reviews, and refer their friends — and you'll be recognized (and bonused) for it. Who Thrives Here You're outgoing and genuinely enjoy people. You start conversations — you don't wait to be asked. You show up on time, every time. We start the day as a team and we don't keep patients waiting. You bring your A-game regardless of what's happening outside of work. We all have lives — we leave the noise at the door. You handle pressure with composure. Busy mornings, last-minute changes, tough patient conversations — you stay steady. You take ownership. Something breaks, you fix it or flag it. No blame games. You bring solutions, not just problems. When something's off, we don't want a heads-up — we want your read on what's happening and what you'd do about it. We'll discuss, refine, and decide together. Problem-passers wear our team out. Problem-solvers move us forward. You're coachable. You can take direction on clinical protocols and exercise progressions without taking it personally. Our doctors own the prescription; you own the execution and the patient relationship. You want to learn and get better. We invest heavily in training — that only pays off with people who actually want to grow. Background We Love (None Required) Exercise science, kinesiology, athletic training, sports medicine, health promotion, or wellness coaching Personal training, strength coaching, or group fitness experience — past roles or current part-time work at a gym or studio is great. This role is not a fit for anyone currently running their own personal training business or building a private client roster. Our patients are not a referral source for outside services, and our clinical team owns all exercise prescription inside the clinic. Prior chiropractic, PT, or medical office experience NC Radiation Tech certification for chiropractic x-ray is a major plus. Don't have it? We'll sponsor you through it. What We Offer $18-$20/hr base + performance bonus tied to retention, reviews, and referrals 34-37 hours/week — half-day Wednesdays and Fridays, no Saturdays Paid time off Retirement plan with employer match Paid continuing education (chiropractic CA certification) Free chiropractic care for you and your immediate family A real career path — we're building a clinic system, not just filling a seat Our Standard We hold ourselves to seven core values, and we hire to them: Results Over Rhetoric — outcomes matter more than effort or opinions Relentless Accountability — we own our time, our communication, and our follow-through Human First, Always — every patient is a real person with a story Never Stop Evolving — good enough isn't good enough Precision is the Standard — we don't guess, we assess Serve the Mission, Not the Ego — team over titles, outcomes over optics Community Roots, Championship Standards — small-town heart, pro-facility execution If those resonate, we should talk.
