• Join a Growing Wellness Team in Erie & Firestone, CO We're looking for a motivated, growth-minded chiropractor to join our team at Live Your Life Integrated Health and step into a leadership role within our expanding practice .

This is more than just an associate position. We're looking for someone who is excited to help grow a clinic, lead a team, and make a lasting impact on both patients and practitioners. Our clinic has been serving the community for over 8 years and continues to grow each year, including opening a second location and expanding our team. We're ready to bring on a chiropractor who wants to grow with us and help lead us into the next phase.

Expected Compensation:

High-performing chiropractors in this role can realistically expect to earn $75,000+ annually at approximately 22 patient hours and 5 leadership hours per week , with additional upside based on performance, growth, and contribution.

• What You'll Do (Leadership + Clinical Role) In addition to providing excellent patient care, this role includes opportunities to: Evaluate and care for new patients , helping them feel understood, educated, and confident in their care plan from day one Provide high-quality follow-up care , including patient education, progress tracking, goal setting, and clear recommendations for ongoing treatment Lead and support the chiropractic team to ensure strong patient outcomes and retention Run and contribute to chiropractic team meetings Help guide other chiropractors in hitting key metrics, improving communication, and creating excellent patient experiences Get involved in community outreach and marketing efforts (events, workshops, networking) Support clinic growth and expansion , including potential leadership of a satellite location Create a positive, welcoming, and high-energy environment for both patients and staff Help refine systems and patient experience to continue elevating the practice•

What We Offer Growth-Focused Schedule:

Chiropractors typically begin with approximately 10-14 patient hours per week while building their patient base, with the opportunity to grow steadily toward 22-24+ patient hours per week

Performance-Based Compensation:

Chiropractors who build to a 22+ hours schedule can realistically expect around $75,000+ annually , with additional earning potential tied to growth, retention, and leadership contribution Room to
