The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated and motivated Chiropractor to join our growing team. This full-time role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care in a supportive, streamlined environment, allowing you to focus on what you do best, improving lives through routine chiropractic care. + Consult with patients by reviewing health and medical histories, examining, and evaluating neuromusculoskeletal systems + Perform manual adjustments to the spine and other joints to correct musculoskeletal conditions + Educate patients on the benefits of routine chiropractic care and recommend treatment plans + Maintain accurate and timely patient records + Arrange for diagnostic imaging when medically necessary and analyze results + Build positive doctor-patient relationships + Support membership sales through care-focused conversations + Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C.) degree from an accredited chiropractic college + Valid DC license in the applicable state + Passing scores for NBCE Parts I-IV (or recent SPEC exam) + Eligible for malpractice insurance + Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Compensation and Benefits + $90,000 minimum base salary DOE + Bonus Potential + Medical, dental and vision insurance + 401(K) matching + Paid time off and holiday pay + Lunch Breaks + Company paid malpractice insurance + Paid parental leave program + Profit sharing + License renewal reimbursement + CEU cost allowance + No external marketing responsibilities expected! + Future growth opportunities + Opportunities for professional growth and development + Comprehensive training and ongoing education When you join The Joint, you're not just starting a new job, you're joining a movement.
