CD&H Inc. in the Wichita, KS area is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in concrete work, form setting, civil carpentry, or general construction. As a Skilled Construction Laborer, you will assist with concrete and civil construction projects in various locations. If you have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enjoy working as part of a crew, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Assist with concrete pours and finishing Build, set, and strip concrete forms Perform civil carpentry and general construction tasks Prepare job sites and assist with layout and measurements Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow all company and job site safety regulations Qualifications Previous construction or concrete experience preferred Experience with form carpentry, concrete finishing, or civil construction is a plus Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening CD&H Inc. is growing and looking for hard-working crew members who aren't afraid of a little dirt, concrete, and long days building something they can be proud of.
