Key Responsibilities Design and develop site plans, roadways, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water distribution systems Perform stormwater management design, including detention, retention, and water quality solutions Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation Utilize engineering software such as MicroStation, OpenRoads, Power Civil, Hydrology Studio, and Stormwater Studio Assist in preparing technical documents, schedules, and project records Conduct site visits, inspections, and construction oversight to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards Collaborate with contractors, clients, and internal teams in a professional manner Support multiple projects while maintaining timelines and priorities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited program Professional Engineer (PE) license required 10+ years of civil engineering experience Strong experience in transportation, site development, and utility design Proficiency with MicroStation and OpenRoads Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills Willingness to travel to project sites as needed Comprehensive benefits including: 401(k) with matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Environment Full-time, on-site role Opportunity to work on diverse projects including transportation, municipal, commercial, and residential developments
