Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a Civil Engineer with experience in land development to support site design, permitting, and project execution. This role involves working closely with project managers to deliver high-quality engineering plans for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with project managers to develop site layouts and project timelines Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans Produce engineering drawings and design documents using AutoCAD Assist with land development permitting and regulatory approvals Perform site analysis, calculations, and feasibility studies Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 1-3 years of experience in land development / site design Proficiency in AutoCAD (Civil 3D preferred) Understanding of zoning, permitting, and site development processes Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
