Lawrenceville, GA Opportunity for overtime and long-term placement Benefits may be available after eligibility period Duties & Responsibilities Prepare extruder for operation by following established startup procedures Coordinate with shift supervisor to understand production schedules and materials Communicate with materials mixer to ensure timely delivery of material charges Utilize Control Plans to set product parameters and record data on monitoring logs Operate extrusion equipment including refilling, filter replacement, cleaning, and starting/stopping as needed Monitor product quality visually and ensure it meets control plan specifications Provide product samples for testing andmunicate with Quality Control (QC) technicians Follow all labeling and packaging requirements to ensure full product traceability Weigh materials and purge, recording measurements accurately Follow work orders and control plan requirements at all times Troubleshoot equipment or process issues and collaborate with supervisors or support teams Maintain a clean work area and equipment, following 5S standards between runs and at shift end Complete production logbooks and ensure all work orders are properly documented Followpany policies to promote a safe, efficient, and team-oriented work environment issues or concerns to the shift supervisor or production management Perform other duties as assigned Materials Mixing Responsibilities Coordinate with warehouse and supervisor to receive required materials Verify raw material labels against work orders for accuracy Weigh and document materials to ensure consistency andpliance Safely operate mixing equipment following procedures and training Maintain and clean mixing equipment and workstations throughout shift Ensure work area is fully cleaned andanized at shift end in accordance with 5S principles Qualifications Previous extrusion or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to operate industrial equipment and follow technical instructions Strong attention to detail and quality control Basic troubleshooting and mechanical skills Ability to lift materials and work in a production environment Strongmunication and teamwork skills Commitment to safety and workplace procedures If you're interested, now and a recruiter will contact you.
Pay Details:
