Claims Assistant

Job Purpose Entry-level role responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Claims Department. This position helps ensure timely, accurate, and efficient processing of claims. Duties and Responsibilities Their duties include but are not limited to the following: Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from policyholders, agents, and adjusters. Set up initial claim files, enter data into internal systems, and maintain accurate records. Review incoming and outgoing claim documentation for accuracy and completeness. Develop foundational knowledge of company insurance products. Build skills to effectively support insureds, agents, and other stakeholders. Learn and adhere to company claim-handling procedures.

Pay:

From $15.50 per hour
