We are seeking a full-time

CLAIMS ASSISTANT

for one of our Coloma area clients. Pay for this position is between $15-$16/hour with a COMPREHENSIVE and

GENEROUS BENEFIT PACKAGE

upon hire with our client. This entry level role will be responsible for administrative and clerical support to the claims department. This position will help ensure timely, accurate and efficient processing of claims. Duties and Responsibilities Respond to incoming phone calls and emails from policyholders, agents, and adjusters Set up initial claim files, enter data into internal systems, and maintain accurate records Review incoming and outgoing claim documentation for accuracy and completeness Develop foundational knowledge of company insurance products Build skills to effectively support insureds, agents, and other stakeholders Learn and adhere to company claim-handling procedures Hours are Monday-Friday working 8:00am-4:30pm Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational abilities Clear and professional communication skills General math proficiency Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security Interested and qualified candidates should submit a resume to stevenspoint@flexstaff.com or complete an application at www.flexstaff.com Flex-Staff is an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes providing equal opportunity for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities. #StevensPoint1
