The responsibilities of the position include: Answer phones and provide customer service, including loss reports, coverage information and assisting Adjuster with remedial claims questions Data entry including loss report information and processing of Adjuster's instructions Assisting Adjusters with ordering police reports, answering questions and typing Other miscellaneous duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

High school diploma required Good telephone and typing skills Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
