Patient Liaison Overview:

We're looking for a compassionate and organized professional to join us as a Patient Liaison—serving as the welcoming face of our clinic while assisting with arrival workflows and helping create a smooth, positive experience for patients at every step. This role serves as a point of contact for our patients and supports them through their visit—greeting and guiding them upon arrival, updating records and documentation, answering questions, coordinating with clinical teams, and managing visit logistics to ensure a positive and efficient experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in/check-out Verify insurance and update patient information Answer phones and direct calls professionally Schedule appointments and coordinate patient flow Provide clear communication and assistance to patients and families Maintain an organized and friendly environment Support basic administrative tasks (scanning, forms, etc.) Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines

Qualifications:

Experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred Strong communication and people skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with EMR systems is a plus Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
