JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities Safely operate a tractor-trailer while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Transport goods and materials to designated locations efficiently and on schedule. Utilize CDL A license to ensure compliance with all driving requirements. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety. Communicate effectively with dispatch to coordinate delivery routes. Utilize relevant skills such as route driving and load & unload procedures to complete deliveries successfully. Adhere to assigned windows times.

Compensation & Experience Credit HBI utilizes a mileage pay scale that directly rewards your years of service:

Starting Rates:

Home-daily drivers typically start between $0.55 and $0.60 per mile, while regional drivers start at $0.62 per mile.

Experience Credit:

Your previous commercial driving years are credited to place you higher on the HBI pay scale.

Bonuses:

Equipment & Facilities Fleet:

You will operate newer, late-model equipment (Kenworth and International).
