Pay & Compensation:

Average weekly pay: $1,200 | Top drivers earn $1,500/week

CPM:

0.60-0.70 Detention pay: $21/hour Mentor pay: $175/day (5-day commitment) Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage 401K with Company Match after 30 days

Paid Orientation Home Time & Schedule:

Home every week 34-hour home time reset Fleet operates 5 days a week

Dedicated account based in Smithfield, NC Eastern Mid-Atlantic region: North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Washington DC Average of 10 loads per work week Most loads are single stop Estimated 1,500 miles per week
