Class A CDL Driver

About Us We build custom millwork for some of the biggest names in the country — Amazon, Target, HCA, the Cardinals, FedEx. Getting it there safely and on time is a craft in itself. That's where you come in. About the role We need a skilled, dependable driver who takes pride in their work and understands that what's on that truck represents the craftsmanship of our entire team. You'll operate OTR and local routes across the lower 48 states (flatbeds, dry vans, box trucks) and occasionally work in the shop to help load and prep product for delivery. This isn't just a driving job. You're the final link between our shop and our customers. We expect you to own that responsibility, solve problems on the road when they come up, and always follow through on your commitments. How you handle and deliver it should reflect that. What you'll do Operate flatbeds, dry vans, and box trucks with care. Our product is custom millwork, not commodity freight. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keep accurate delivery logs and documentation every time. Commit to delivery schedules and follow through. Communicate proactively with your supervisor if anything changes. Navigate routes effectively and adapt when conditions shift. Don't wait for someone to hand you a solution. Load and unload cargo safely using forklifts and other equipment, and pitch in at the shop when needed. Adhere to all traffic laws and DOT regulations. No shortcuts, no exceptions. Represent Cabinet Masters professionally with customers and general contractors at job sites across the country.
