The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over short or long distances, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. Minimum 2 Years of driving experience with a clean driving record. No tickets or violations in the last 3 years. Must be able to pass a DOT drug test. Must be able to pass DOT physical. Must be able to pass a background check. Must be proficient in English speaking. Starting pay $0.65 These rate include the first 2 hours of loading and unloading. Annul raises for company driver's based on performance and experience. These rates are for loaded and empty miles Paid practical miles from PC miler. $20.00 per hour for any detention delays after 2 hours. Detention starts 2 hours after appointment time up to $120. after 6 hours of detention it turns into layover. Per day. Stop off pay $12.50 after the first stop. Detention starts after 2 hours at each stop. Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. Employees are eligible after 60 days of employment. There are no 401k options at this time, but we can set employees up with a retirement specialist to set up a retirement account. Paid training $150 per day. Monthly performance bonus $115.00 NO accidents or tickets NO at fault damage to company equipment NO HOS violations NO bad on road inspections NO refused dispatch. On road 34 reset bonus $50.00. If driver requests a hotel for their 34 hour reset on the road, We will cover that cost of the room for 24 hours. Clean DOT Inspection bonus $50.00 Mostly live load and live unload occasionally drop and hook, These open positions are over the road/regional
