Individual prefers someone whom speaks Spanish along with English speaking. Duties Assist individual with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, errands, grocery shopping and mobility support Monitor individual, observe and report any changes in health status to ensure proper care management Prepare meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Medication reminder Mobility assistance, safely transfer clients with mobility challenges if necessary Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment in accordance with health standards Provide emotional support and companionship to foster social engagement and mental well-being Document all care activities thoroughly to ensure continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standardselectronic charting system Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with client and family Current certification in CPR required; TB tested within 1 year Assist to medical appointments Compassionate attitude combined with patience and resilience to handle challenging situations calmly Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities efficiently Join us as an In Home Caregiver if you're passionate about providing exceptional patient-centered care in a dynamic environment.
