Physical Certification Full Job Description Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A Dedicated Team Drivers for a coast-to-coast refrigerated dedicated account. This team driving opportunity offers predictable lanes, 100% no-touch freight, paid orientation, weekly pay, and a full benefits package. Overview Dedicated 53' refrigerated account; team driving position (two-driver teams).

Primary running lane:

Colton, CA to IL, MI, OH, NJ, MA, GA, FL and return to CA.

Typical weekly mileage:

approximately 4,900+ miles per team.

Home time:

each driver home every other week to every three weeks, with 2-3 full days at home when on break. 3-day paid orientation. 100% no-touch freight. Compensation & Benefits $1,300-$1,600 per week Starting pay: $0.26-$0.37 per mile, depending on experience, applied to all miles driven by the team. Paid weekly; additional monthly opportunities as applicable.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum age:

21 years. At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months. No more than two moving violations in the last three years. No DOT-recordable preventable accidents in the last five years. No major moving violations (e.g., excessive speeding 15+ mph over limit, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months. No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests; not subject to a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) return-to-duty requirement. Valid DOT medical certificate (updated physical) with at least 75 days remaining at time of orientation. Applicants terminated from their last two driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Residence requirement:
