Class A or B CDL Truck Driver

Job Description Troy Sand & Gravel, Inc. is looking to add to our high quality, production oriented team at our mining operation in West Sand Lake, NY. We are a 5th generation aggregates supplier that has been in the business of providing aggregates to the construction industry for over 100 years. Requirements

• Valid Class A or B CDL. Employer will consider providing Class A training for an otherwise qualified candidate;
• General truck driving skills but heavy and off-road experience is a plus;
• Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented, ability to multitask;
• Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers, management and customers;
• Specific experience in aggregates not necessary;
• The ability to perform heavy lifting and physical activity in all weather conditions. Responsibilities
• Perform NYSDOT and company required truck pre-trip;
• Safely drive and operate tractor trailers/dump trucks as needed;
• Effectively interface with customers on job sites;
• Keeping the exterior and interior of assigned truck clean;
• Following all safety standards as per company polices and

OSHA/MSHA
