Class B Truck Driver

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and reliable Class B Truck Driver to join our dynamic transportation team. In this role, you will operate a variety of medium-duty trucks to safely and efficiently deliver freight across designated routes. Your expertise in driving different types of trailers—, flatbed units—will ensure timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards. Duties Safely operate Class B trucks with manual transmissions across assigned routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment such as forklifts ensuring proper handling of various cargo types and heavy equipment Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and trailers to identify maintenance needs or safety issues Manage delivery schedules efficiently by planning optimal routes for timely arrivals and pickups Secure freight properly on flatbeds to prevent damage during transit Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and vehicle inspection records Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly Requirements Valid Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record Proven experience in truck driving, including route driving and delivery operations Proficiency in operating flatbeds.
