In this role, you will be the driving force behind connecting discerning clients with timeless classic cars, providing expert guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your energy, negotiation skills, and knowledge of automotive sales will help elevate our dealership's reputation as a premier destination for classic car enthusiasts. This dealership sells cars nationwide and worldwide to passionate people who love classic cars. We pursue excellence in everything we do and you should too. Sometimes you may do more than just classic car sales and there is additional opportunities like wedding drive offs, hosting events in our event space, as well as hunting down classic car deals. We are additionally looking for the right candidate to take on our golf cart sales business line. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls, in-person visits, and digital outreach to generate sales opportunities Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new leads and nurturing existing customer relationships Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their preferences, budget, and desired vehicle features Present high-end classic cars confidently, highlighting unique features and historical value to persuade buyers Negotiate deals effectively, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements while upholding dealership policies Manage inventory control by tracking vehicle availability, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and coordinating with the inventory team Upsell additional services such as maintenance packages, accessories, or extended warranties to maximize sales revenue Utilize marketing strategies to attract new customers and promote upcoming events or promotions Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds Support dealership operations through organized record keeping, sales reporting, and customer follow-up efforts Skills Proven experience in automobile sales, especially within a dealership environment or high-end retail setting Strong outside sales abilities with a track record of B2B (business-to-business) and retail success Exceptional negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while maintaining customer satisfaction Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging a diverse clientele Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate sales records Excellent organizational skills to handle inventory management, sales pipeline development, and follow-up activities Effective public speaking skills for presentations and client consultations in various settings Knowledge of automotive market trends, inventory control procedures, and retail math principles Outbound sales experience including cold calling techniques to expand the client base Strong customer service orientation combined with professional phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating high energy levels and enthusiasm for classic cars Join us if you're ready to accelerate your career in luxury automotive sales!
