Primary Responsibilities:

Assist classroom teachers by providing instructional support and reinforcing lessons Work directly with individual students or small groups to help them achieve learning goals Support students requiring extra assistance, including those with special needs Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records as directed Help ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom atmosphere Assist with classroom management and behavior redirection Adapt instructional resources under teacher guidance to meet unique student needs
