• Part-time, Full-time Responsibilities:

• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children
• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
• Foster social-emotional development through positive reinforcement and guidance
• Monitor and assess each child's progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a well-rounded educational experience

Requirements:

• Associates's degree in Early Childhood Education
• Previous experience working with/caring for children
• Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
