Develop and implement elementary school curricula aligned with district goals and objectives. Foster a classroom environment that is safe, supportive, and conducive to various instructional formats-including individual, small group, and whole group learning.

Prepare lesson plans and instructional materials, translating them into effective learning experiences.

Conduct continuous assessments of student progress, adapting instructional strategies to meet individual needs. Promote parental engagement as active partners in education.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in planning efforts, communicate effectively with students and parents, and maintain positive working relationships with all stakeholders encountered in the course of duties.
