Clay Course Driver

Louisville, TN 37777 The Clay Course Driver will be responsible for taking groups of people from Blackberry to Smoky Mountain Sports Club.

Pay Range:

$15.00 per hour. Starting compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and other job-related factors.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide transportation for guests and team members to scheduled shoots Follow instructions from your direct supervisor Provides safe transportation for on-the-property or off-property activities Assist all other departments to meet the guest needs Be familiar with all of Blackberry Farm's past, present & future Must comply with all company policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position. Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers, and interact with our guests. EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or equivalent Hospitality experience required Must have a valid driver's license

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and managers

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic knowledge and understanding of math

REASONING ABILITY

Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely Must be able to sit while driving a vehicle for extended periods Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
