Job Description The Clean Room Technician works in a pharmaceutical cleanroom environment performing entry-level assembly, packaging, and general production tasks on the night shift. You will follow detailed work instructions, handle medical components such as syringes, tubing, bottles, and cartridges, and help ensure products meet quality and cleanliness standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to stand for most of the shift, and comfort working in a controlled cleanroom setting. Responsibilities Read and follow written work instructions to complete daily production and assembly tasks accurately. Feed materials such as tubing, bottles, and cartridges to the assembly line in a timely and organized manner. Stand on the assembly line to remove syringes from boxes and prepare them for further processing. Disassemble syringes according to procedures and repackage them into designated boxes or containers. Learn and perform the construction and assembly of boxes used for packaging syringes and related medical parts. Assemble and package medical components, including general labor and production tasks, while maintaining cleanroom standards. Follow work orders to pull parts, organize materials, and package syringes and other medical device components correctly. Review and, where applicable, disposition materials requested by internal customers in accordance with established procedures. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and compliance with cleanroom protocols at all times. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and adhere strictly to all safety and quality guidelines. Essential Skills Ability to stand on your feet for an 8-hour shift. Ability to read and understand work instructions accurately. Manual dexterity with hands to handle small parts and perform repetitive assembly tasks. Comfort working in a cleanroom environment with strict cleanliness and PPE requirements. Basic ability to follow work orders and production schedules. Strong attention to detail to ensure correct assembly and packaging of medical components. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or GED is preferred for assembly roles. Experience in cleanroom, medical device, pharmaceutical, production, or general labor environments is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn cleanroom procedures and adhere to strict quality standards. Reliability and punctuality to support continuous production operations. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
