This is a ground-floor opportunity to lead a fully built-out, equipped location in a community with strong demand and zero local pizza delivery competition. This position would be ideal looking for something to make their own and really be able to sink their teeth into.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead all day-to-day operations of a pizza franchise location Hire, train, schedule, and manage a team of 4-6 part-time staff, with heavy training support from the franchise. Oversee food quality, kitchen operations, and customer experience Manage inventory ordering through a streamlined single-vendor supply system Operate an integrated POS system Build relationships with the local Fox Chapel community Coordinate catering orders and fundraiser nights with local schools, sports leagues, and businesses Report daily sales and operational updates to ownership

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

2+ years of food service management or shift lead experience — pizza, QSR, or sandwich concepts preferred Proven ability to hire, train, and retain hourly staff Strong customer service instincts and community-oriented personality Reliable, trustworthy, and comfortable running a location independently Experience handling cash, opening and closing procedures Flexible availability including evenings and weekends A genuine interest in growing with the business — not just punching a clock
