Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning tasks, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing. Ensure all cleaning meets Nandy's high standards of excellence. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team. Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment. Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance. Daily travel throughout Worcester County (company provided vehicle).

What We're Looking For:

Energetic and detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently. Prior cleaning experience is a plus, but not required - we provide training! Ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment as needed Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S. All applicants are required to pass a background check.
