Job Summary:

As a Field Supervisor at Nandy's Cleaning Services, you will play a crucial role in training and supervising Nandy's Cleaning staff, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met. This position involves hands-on supervision, staff preparation, quality checks, and effective inventory management of cleaning supplies and stockroom organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Field Supervision:

Lead and motivate cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to ensure job quality meets company standards. Coordinate and oversee the preparation of cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, equipment, and knowledge for their assigned tasks. Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards and in accordance with established protocols. Implement quality control measures to guarantee customer satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly and effectively. Foster open communication channels between cleaning staff, management, and clients to address any concerns or special requirements.

Training:

Conduct training sessions for cleaning staff, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge required for their roles. Assist in establishing, implementing and enforcing cleaning policies, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.

Field Work:

Engage in cleaning activities, both residential and commercial as needed, demonstrating best practices and maintaining a hands-on approach to the cleaning process.

Inventory Management:

Effectively manage and monitor the inventory of cleaning supplies. Keep track of stock levels, reorder supplies as needed, and ensure the availability of necessary materials. Maintain a well-organized stock room and office space, ensuring cleanliness, order, and easy accessibility of supplies. Implement efficient systems for stock rotation and organization.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the cleaning industry. Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Effective communication skills to interact with staff, clients, and management. Knowledge of cleaning industry best practices and safety standards Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. and occasional weekends as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:
