Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are hygienic and welcoming. This role is essential in providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and kitchen areas to ensure high standards of hygiene. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stored safely and used correctly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening. Must pass background check. Subject to random drug testing as a condition of employment. Must be 21 years of age or older. Performs other duties as assigned. High school diplomas or GED required with the ability to read, write, and speak English; perform basic mathematical procedures. Must possess a valid driver's license.
