Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of commercial offices, hotels, or other facilities, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting surfaces, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas Conduct specialized floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning, waxing, polishing, and stripping floors to ensure a polished appearance Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally Follow safety protocols when using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment Assist with custodial responsibilities such as replenishing supplies and maintaining cleaning equipment in optimal condition Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience is preferred; experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is highly valued Familiarity with cleaning techniques for different surfaces including carpets, hardwood floors, tiles, and upholstery Knowledge of sanitation standards and safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals and equipment Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively Join us in creating clean environments that make a positive difference every day!
