About us 4Real Cleaning Is a local cleaning company that provides commercial cleaning services to multiple businesses, offices and property management companies.

• Must have reliable transportation and able to drive from one location to another
• ```Duties```
• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and countertops
• Clean windows and glass surfaces
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and complete tasks in a timely manner ```Requirements```
• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, and carpet cleaners
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
