We are now seeking a Cleaning Manager to join our team at RAF Benson in Wallingford, OX10 6AAWhat you'll do:

Manage and run the cleaning departmentTo plan, organise and coordinate all cleaning activityEnsure operational excellence within your area of responsibility for staff management and performanceContinually monitor all cleaning standards and hygiene standards and ensure they are maintained at the highest level.

To act as duty manager 'on call' and holiday/weekend cover as directed by line manager.

To ensure standards of service detailed in the service level agreement and within the schedules of the contractual terms and conditions are achieved, maintained and developedDevelop and maintain a positive internal and external network, including dealing with subcontractors as per SOPs.

What you bring:

Demonstrate experience of working in a similar role within the service industry at a comparable level in a companyStrong knowledge of health and safety and COSHH regulations and awareness of quality management systems e.g. ISO.Previous experience of managing and leading a team.

Ability to prioritise and deploy resources effectively as well as an ability to make independent decisions.

Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).Due to security requirements you must have been continuously resident in UK for last 3 years to apply for this positionWhat we offer:
