Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ensure all surfaces and fixtures are sanitized according to health guidelines, especially in kitchens and bathrooms. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to client requests and addressing any cleaning concerns with a positive attitude. Maintain cleanliness of common areas in hospitality or residential settings through janitorial practices and custodial experience. Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies safely while adhering to safety protocols to prevent accidents or damage. Requirements Prior experience in residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation procedures, and laundry handling. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably. Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment operation, and safety standards necessary for maintaining hygienic environments.
