Cleaning Professional

DMR Property Management is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Building Maintenance & Cleaning Associate for a multi-building office complex in South Plainfield, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

Cleaning common areas, hallways, bathrooms, and vacant office suites Trash removal and restocking restroom supplies Assisting with office suite turnovers and basic cleaning before tenant move-ins Light maintenance tasks and general property upkeep Monitoring buildings for cleanliness and reporting maintenance issues Assisting property management staff with day-to-day building needs

Requirements:

Reliable transportation Prior commercial cleaning or maintenance experience preferred Ability to work independently and stay organized Ability to lift supplies/equipment and perform physical tasks throughout the day

Position Details:

Part-time position averaging approximately 15-20 hours per week Cleaning would preferably be completed after 5 PM Hourly compensation of approximately $25-$28/hour based on experience DMR Property Management is a locally operated commercial property management company overseeing multiple professional office buildings in Central New Jersey.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
