Position Overview We are hiring experienced cleaners for both residential and commercial cleaning, including offices, retail spaces, medical buildings, and industrial facilities.

This is NOT an hourly position. Pay is per job. The hourly range listed is based on average job size. Cleaners must have business insurance (or be willing to obtain) and must provide proof. This position offers no guaranteed weekly hours . Jobs are offered on an on-call basis, and you can accept the shifts you prefer, Duties & Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial cleaning Follow company cleaning checklists and any client-specific instructions Provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment (vacuum, mop, towels, cleaning products, etc.) Check in and out through our CRM system Take clear before-and-after photos of all cleaned areas Communicate promptly with management regarding access issues, excessive mess, or safety concerns Maintain professionalism and respect at all client locations Requirements To succeed in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria: ✓ Minimum 2 years cleaning experience ✓ Must provide your own supplies and equipment ✓ Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship ✓ Reliable transportation to job sites ✓ Ability to speak and understand English clearly ✓ Ability to upload before/after photos ✓ Professional, punctual, and dependable ✓ Able to work independently with minimal supervision ✓ Strong communication and customer service skills Job Types Contract Temporary Benefits Flexible schedule Choose your own hours Day, evening, night, and weekend availability On-call work accept shifts that fit your schedule Join us in creating clean, safe, and welcoming environments for our clients!
