Responsibilities Perform high-quality cleaning services in residential homes and commercial spaces Complete tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, and general tidying Follow Cleaning With Grace cleaning systems and checklists to ensure consistent, detailed results Sanitize surfaces and maintain high cleanliness standards using proper products and techniques Care for floors through sweeping, scrubbing, and other floor care duties as needed Properly maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment Communicate professionally and kindly with clients and team members Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to provide exceptional service Follow company safety guidelines and procedures at all times Help create a positive experience that leaves clients feeling cared for and valued Qualifications Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right person Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Positive attitude with a dependable and professional work ethic Ability to lift, bend, stand for extended periods, and perform physical cleaning tasks Reliable transportation and punctuality required Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Experience with deep cleaning, floor care, laundry, organizing, or hospitality services is a plus Why Join Cleaning With Grace?
