General Warehouse Laborer

Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a General Warehouse Laborer, no forklift experience required! In this energetic role, you'll be a vital part of our distribution operations, handling inventory, packaging, shipping, and receiving with enthusiasm and precision. Duties Assist with inventory management by accurately picking, packing, and stocking products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) Load and unload shipments safely using manual handling techniques while adhering to OSHA safety standards Support order fulfillment processes by preparing orders for shipping and receiving, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Restocking and replenishing shelves and storage areas Moving and staging large quantities of outbound products . General maintenance and service duties in the warehouse Cleaning and maintaining a safe, hazard-free work area Using various tools for assembly, packaging, or equipment setup Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to organize materials handling activities, including heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time, bending and reaching. Maintain a clean, organized workspace by properly packaging items and ensuring all safety protocols are followed. Experience Previous warehouse experience or related manufacturing background preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems is advantageous Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to materials handling and heavy lifting is beneficial Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and the use of RF scanners will set you apart Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, load & unload tasks, and long periods of standing or walking throughout shifts Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team environments with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency This role is paid and designed for motivated individuals eager to grow their skills in warehouse operations.
