Duties Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, Airbnb's, or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfecting Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items Maintain high standards of sanitation by properly disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas Execute floor care tasks including sweeping, scrubbing, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring integrity Manage janitorial responsibilities such as restocking supplies and ensuring cleaning equipment is well-maintained Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally during visits Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning, Airbnb or hotel housekeeping management is highly desirable Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation practices, and laundry processes Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude towards clients and team members Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively while adhering to health standards Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends or evenings if needed Join us as a Cleaning Professional and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating pristine environments that inspire comfort and confidence!
